8.0Freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer. Trotz der Lage in der Natur sehr sauber und keine Insekten im Zimmer.
− Das Restaurant hat fast ausschließlich europäische Gerichte auf der Karte. Pool könnte sauberer sein (aber mitten im Dschungel gibt es nunmal auch viel Laub).

10.0The whole place is so lush! Full of green spaces. The pool was great, and the location close to the ruins was just spectacular.
− As in many other places in Mexico, their recycling efforts are precarious. They can do way better. Also, the staff were just okay.

− The restaurant was convenient, but the atmosphere was rather cold and uncomfortable. The laundry service is far too expensive. The rooms are quite small.

− Because the pool flows from the smaller part to the larger part, the larger part was often full of leaves, bugs, hair, etc. which made it undesirable to swim in
