8.0駅裏でかつピカソが目の前にある。車ではあったが、駅前駐車場もあり立地は申し分なし。
− 少し風呂の温度調整が難しかった。他でも良く思うのだが、お湯HOT温度のMAX設定ももう10℃前後下げてもいいのでは。
東京のホテル料金高騰ぶりは凄いなの一言。

− 以前と比べて設備がかなり老朽化、または廃止、ダウングレードされてるのと裏腹に、やたら強気の価格設定であること。
