8.0Owner friendly and accomodating. Great location for me. Breakfast was good, usual average full English, good portion.
− I hadnt realised there was a separate bathroom. Even though for the room use only. If I had known I would not have booked this place, especially as I needed to go to the toilet a few times during the night. It is a bungalow. So to go to the bathroom had to keep putting on my shoes I had forgot my slippers and take my belongings to the bathroom to change. I was a solo traveller £240, for two nights.

10.0Ian führt mit seinem Mann das B&B mit ganz viel Herzblut. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles war so gemütlich, blitzsauber und Ian hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Der Garten ist ein Traum und wir konnten ihn bei schönem Wetter mit eigener Sitzecke nutzen.
− Von der Unterkunft sind wir 120% begeistert. Man muss nur wissen, dass man auf alle Fälle ein Auto braucht, um die Gegend zu erkunden.
Es gibt in St. Austell wohl keine bessere Alternative.

10.0Ian and Wayne was very friendly and helpful though out our stay and did everything to make our stay as good as possible and we will stay here again when we holiday in this part of Cornwall
