9.0La chica que atiende la recepción es muy amable y solicita. Esta cercano a la catedral de Ragusa, que es la zona donde hay mayor actividad. No habíamos contratado desayuno y nos dieron un desayuno el primer día a a pesar que no nos esperaban Se puede aparcar en la zona en lineas blancas. Se accede con un código que te envían, que funciono perfectamente.
− No hay recepción por la tarde. Esta lejos de Ragusa Ibia, que es la zona donde se encuentran las visitas y los principales monumentos.

7.0Grande chambre et grande terrasse donnant sur la vieille ville. Proche de l'escalier qui mène à la vieille ville.
− Il me semble que notre chambre n'était pas adaptée aux normes de sécurité incendie : accès à la chambre directement par ascenseur, à l'intérieur de la chambre une porte coincée par un canapé donnant sur un escalier qui doit être la sortie de secours (je n'ai pas vérifié). Si cette porte est une sortie de secours, elle n'est pas signalée. Nous n'avons vu du personnel de l'hôtel que le matin pour le petit déjeuner, pas terrible d'ailleurs.
