10.0The reliability of the elevators was questionable, but otherwise the hotel was well maintained. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. There was a reasonable variety of dinner menu options and everything I ordered was very delicious. The breakfast was also very good.
First Time Experience
10.0Hotel is nicely tucked away from the main road, which gives it a bit of privacy. Check-in was fast & easy, didn't have to pay anything extra. Pre-booking via hotels.com. Select package for breakfast, you won't regret. Breakfast was outstanding! They also serve buffet lunch & dinner. Staff were incredibly polite & friendly. Hotel sent a mini bus to pick us up from the airport free of charge. Just call them with your flight itinerary. Hot water was instant. ATM available in lobby. A safe & convenient way to get cash. The only negative was the wifi would drop-off occasionally. But with your local sim, that shouldn't be an issue not stay here. Overall first time experience was very pleasant!
Reliable, clean, and great service
10.0I’m a repeat customer here and have never been disappointed. The service is always excellent including the airport shuttle service. I didn’t eat at the restaurant this time around but in the past it has been very good. Rooms are clean and quiet.
