1.0Bei der Ankunft war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.
− Das Zimmer war voll mit Ameisen und Ungeziefern. Als ich danach in die Rezeption ging, wollte ich ein anderes Zimmer, nur leider war niemand mehr da. Auch beim Notfalltelefon hat niemand abgehoben. Als ich am nächsten Tag auschecken wollte, war die Rezeption ebenfalls nicht besetzt. Die Dame vom Frühstück konnte mir auch nicht wirklich weiterhelfen, da Sie weder Englisch noch Deutsch verstanden hat.
