10.0Large comfortable room. Also a very large fancy two person bath. And big comfy chairs.
I do not recommend it
5.0The location was very good considering the purpose of my trip.
− The room I was initially given was terrible. It was a sort of attic—small, with mold on the ceiling. The window was high up, and I could only see the tops of the trees on the street. The bathroom was awful: small, ugly, with exposed pipes and a noisy pump that triggered every time a faucet was turned on or the toilet was flushed. I did the self-check-in around 4:00 PM, and there were no staff members around to complain to, nor a WhatsApp number available. So, I sent a message directly through the Booking platform, asking to change rooms or get a refund for the nights, since the room was completely unacceptable. I also sent an email. They didn't reply, and I was forced to spend the night there. The next day, there was a staff member at the reception who also handled breakfast. I reported the problem, and she promptly offered me another room, which was acceptable. If they had given me this room in the first place, I wouldn't have complained. The initial room shouldn't have been available for guests. Or at least it should have been very cheap, which wasn't the case. I stayed at the hotel for four nights (one in the horrible room and the rest in the other one). At breakfast, there was a bottle of water on each table. On the first day, I noticed a small gnat inside the water. I didn't complain, but for the next three days, I sat at the same table, and the little gnat was still there. In other words, they didn't change the water even once. In short, I do not recommend it.
