3.0− Despite having a confirmed reservation, when I arrived at the hotel, the room I had booked was not available. I was therefore given a standard room instead of the Deluxe room I had reserved. The following day, I was moved to another standard room, this time with a balcony. However, I was not offered any compensation or upgrade for the inconvenience, despite being a returning and almost regular guest. Overall, I expected better consideration and service, especially as a loyal customer.

Please note that guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation. If the credit card's owner is not the person staying at the hotel, the payment cannot be completed and a valid credit card from the residing guest will be required upon arrival to cover the entire stay.
The hotel accommodates families and married couples. Bachelors are also welcome but due to security reasons they cannot have any visitors in their rooms. Visitors can visit guests only in the lobby or the coffee shop.
Please note that guests might experience some noise disturbance from construction in the surrounding area. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
