− Paying for parking 😒 was not acceptable when you are paying a lot for your stay. It should be already included free. And to have to go plates not little tiny boxes sometimes everyone doesn't want to eat with a crowd. The tiny boxes don't hold your entire breakfast you have to do more to get your one meal. I think that needs work.

4.0Staff was friendly
− Shuttle does not run every 30 minutes. You have to call and order it. I ordered the shuttle but it never came, so I lost 1,5 hours just getting to the hotel. I first was chatting with staff on WhatsApp, they said that shuttle left but it never appeared. In the end I took an uber and the hotel covered those expenses, but I would prefer not to waste so much time on just getting to a hotel
