2.0Room was not clean, no refresh of room amenities, lounge hours not the same as the website and restaurant menu is not what is posted on the website, all the garbages inside and out were overflowing

8.0The room with 2 queen beds was huge! Staff was friendly & polite. The easy chair and the beds top cover need updating ... definitely stained and old. The beds were comfortable though.

Four nights of no service
2.0in all my years of traveling, i have never stayed in a hotel that was this bad! No service whatsoever! Do your self a favor stay away, they won’t change bed, pick up trash, clean towels No!. It’s the WORST!!

10.0Easy check in, room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Very nice accommodations and the breakfast buffet is well appointed with something for everyone.
