a dishonest and cheating resort - never again
1.0the dive master and boatman
− the dive shop manager (Rex) who was extremely rude and did not honour private boat rate that was previously quoted. push the blame to me instead (???) and I had to give in midway to reach a compromise. final bill had an item that we did not agree to and dive shop manager removed it after a very rude encounter. one or two front desk staff was also not very helpful and they tend to cherry pick USDPHP exchange rate to their favour only when the final bill has the PHP and USD amounts clearly stated - cheeky. room had cockroaches and water pressure was occasionally low - but not the reasons for the the overall low rating.

A piece of paradise in Puerto Galera
10.0The resort is clean, inviting, the view of the sea from the room is beautiful and relaxing, the hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful, the diving club runs like a well-oiled machine, even though it is crowded with divers and the food in the restaurant is excellent. We had a great time and will definitely go back there again
− 1. The swimming pool is small and is hidden between the buildings. 2. We have stayed there only for 3 nights. It was too short
