− The rooms are dirty the beds are as if you are sleeping on the floor
Worst experience at a hotel EVER.
3.0The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, depending on who assisted you.
− The cleanliness was questionable. Dirty floors which u mentioned to the front desk on my second day, and they advised that it would be escalated to the housekeeping exec, but nothing was done about it. Worse, my dinner I ordered contained spoiled mushrooms. Upon informing room service, they picked up the dish and replaced with another option, which I thought was exactly what should happen in this instance. But upon checkout I was provided with the bill for the replacement. They did not refund me for the first dish and charged for the second, on the grounds that I only reported it 5 hours after ordering it ( because I was working and lost track of time). So their stance is that the food would have spoiled in that time frame. How is it even possible for a freshly made dish to spoil within 5 hours in an air conditioned room? Pathetic service.

8.0Overall experience was good but two main issues. No free breakfast or restaurant for rewards members. Radisson hotels in other countries do this. No lotion in my bathroom. Requested they brought then disappeared the next day!
