− Lights kept flickering as if there was a bit of a power supply issue which caused some eye strain.

2.0− The property has noisy building works going on which we weren't aware of at the time of booking. There was no mention of it in the booking.com otherwise we could have booked some other property. Not worth for the $ given the noisy works.
