The hotel was very close to the lift and the staff was friendly and helpful.

− The parking in front of the hotel is basically not usable as multiple cars are stacked and so one has to wait for everyone in front to leave before getting access to the road.

We hope it will get better with the new manager

The most important thing was that the owner and the new manager were ready to help us at all times. Specifically, the owner helped us and provided us with extra requested stuff such as a blanket, towels and an extra heater. A huge plus was the shared jacuzzi And lastly, the new manager who had just arrived, one day prior to our departure, was eager to talk to us, listened to the problems we faced and showed intent to fix as much as she could.

− •The room was on the ground floor and the entrance had zero heating thus creating a cold environment when you wanted to visit the jacuzzi downstairs •The room had an entrance where the bathroom was and through another door, the main room began. The problem with the bathroom was that there was nothing separating the toilet from the sink and shower. The floor was even and the drain was a bit far from the shower which didn't help the floor to dry. We had to ask for a mop in order to be able to step inside. Furthermore, there was zero heating system in this space. Add this to the cold corridor right outside. It was really cold at all times and again we had to ask for an extra heater to use while we were there •Almost zero soundproofing in the building. We had a couple with a dog next to us and it sounded almost like they were inside our room. We have no problem with hotels that are hosting dogs but the facilities must be updated for that •Huge windows with thick curtains but they weren't suitable for stopping the sun •The cleanliness was superficial. Yes the bedsheets were clean and the toilet, but we found the kitchen trash from previous owners inside and some stains under the pillows that couldn't be removed •Two body towels only, not one for hands, again we had to ask for extra •The bathroom rubbish bin was only one and open on the top with nothing to close it •There were several small damages around the room for example a broken wood in the corner of the wall that was not glued back, just hanging there •There weren't extra blankets or pillows in the wardrobe, you had to ask if you wanted more. •The extra blanket that we asked for had some hair on it, not from us •The room was not pre heated and it was extremely cold when we first stepped inside
