Klimatyczne i urokliwe miejsce, w którym można odpocząć, zrelaksować się i poczuć naprawdęwyjątkowo.
7.0Lokalizacja jest dużym atutem. Miejsce piękne, spokojne, blisko wszędzie. Umeblowanie, wystrój pokojów, korytarzy i całego budynku zdecydowanie na plus. To bardzo klimatyczne, sympatyczne miejsce. Obsługa bardzo mila. Szczerze polecam i chętnie tam wrócę, ale w czasie upałów bez klimatyzacji raczej nie ;) Śniadania bardzo dobre choć warto byloby rozszerzyc zakres menu, np. różnorodność pieczywa. Nie miałam okazji skorzystać z baru i restauracji podczas zbyt krótkiego pobytu, ale w przyszlosci napewno to zrobię.
− Brak klimatyzacji to znaczna uciążliwość w czasie upałów. Otwarcie okien nie pomagało, bo wpadało jeszcze cieplejsze powietrze z zewnątrz. Brak czajnika by przygotować kawę, herbatę. W wielu miejscach o niższym standardzie są przygotowane kąciki z kawą, herbatą z cukrem czy nawet przyprawami oczywiście z czajnikiem i szklankami do różnych napojów.

4.0Hotel je umístěn v centru města, blízkosti památek,V pokoji poměrně čisto, Matrace pohodlná
− Snídaně formou švédských stolů docela dobré,ale vajíčka,parky,slanina,vše studené,a nedoplňováno,To by se dalo vydržet,, ale obsluha ruská.!!! Některé byly dobré ale Jedna (blondýnka, dlouhé vlasy ruské nebo ukrajinské národnosti) neochotná, otrávená, protivná nikdy neodpověděla na pozdrav taková by neměla pracovat v hotelu který má název grand Praha!!!!

− Obsluha u snídaně. Raut u snídaně byl po hodině téměř prázdný. Servírka si cvakala na telefonu, a na upozornění hostů že chybí jídlo i pití s protočenim očí pronesla že to je strašný.
