9.0The hotel is located on the main street in Moffat, so very central for shops, walks, bus stops etc. Staff were very friendly and it was nice to be able to have a drink in the bar in the evenings. I had my evening meal there once - delicious. Good-sized room, comfortable bed and a big bathroom with a nice shower.
− Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but you really need your own transport to get round to some of the nature experiences in the area - the bus services are limited in a rural area - so something to bear in mind. But the hotel and the town of Moffat are great places for chilling.
This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. We’d love to stay again. 100% recommend.
