Loved the accommodation and would definitely consider staying at one of their other properties
9.0The staff were fantastic in particular Joseph who checked us in and Piotr who gave us some useful tips re Liverpool. We found that the room which was a studio with two twin beds was a very good size for the two of us. It was super clean and the A/C was fantastic, in particular as there was a heatwave. We also liked that the room was very quiet and we had a good view of the Liver Building even though the room was in the back.
− Although the shower and bathroom were lovely, when getting out of the shower you had to be careful as it was slippery as the anti-slip did not go all the way to the door. Also as car park is about a 5 min walk, make sure you bear this in mind as the Mount Pleasant car park the lifts do not work. However, you can access the street onto Brownlow Hill from level 5 or 6 ( I can't remember exact level) saving you carrying the suitcases down flights of stairs.

− التكيييف للأسف كان حار جداً و قمت بإبلاغ موظف الاستقبال و لم يفعلوا شيئا رغم وجودنا 9 ليالي ، كما أنه كان يتم إطفاءه من قبلهم في الساعة 9:30 صباحاً بشكل يومي ! حيث لديهم بالاستقبال غرفة تحكم على التكييف !
