Great value for a family apartment.

Excellent location a couple minutes from Lawsons. Pleasantly surprised the two room apartment came with two bathrooms! Super roomy apartment.

− Mattresses a tad worn and saggy so had to sleep crosswise.

Modernes Hotel in traumhafter Lage unweit des Yoteis!

Modern und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Bett und Matratze waren einwandfrei und sauber. Auch das Bad war sehr modern, stillvoll und lud zum entspannten Duschen ein. Klasse auch die kleine Küchenzeile im Zimmer. Da ich in der Nebensaison (Mai) im Hotel war und keine Frühstücksoption hatte, wurde mir einmalig seitens des Hotels sogar der Kühlschrank bestückt. Sehr nett und aufmerksam! Auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit: Das Personal an der Hotelrezeption. Die Lage des Hotels, direkt an der Durchgangsstraße von Kutchan nach Niseko, war auch recht praktisch, um mit dem Bus an- und abzureisen. Passt! Gerne wieder!

The hospitality and customer service was above and beyond anything we've experienced. The staff were so nice and helpful. The view from our room was beautiful & the location was very convenient. We caught the complimentary hotel shuttle to the ski resort to snowboard, ate at some great restaurants that were in walking distance, and even walked to a near by private onsen & massage spa. We loved the complimentary basket of local groceries that the hotel provided and also ate breakfast at the Green Farm Deli Cafe in the hotel. The other restaurants in the hotel were closed since it was the end of the season but we plan on visiting again so we can try it. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel & we will definitely be back.

− The only downside to visiting at the end of the season is that so many of the surrounding restaurants were closed including the hotel restaurants but that meant no crowds so our stay was very quiet & peaceful.
