10.0受付、食事処、バーテンさん、どのスタッフも笑顔で対応してくださってとても良かったです。 オールインクルーシブのバーも良かったし，お茶漬けも美味しかったです。浴衣と提灯で外を歩けたのも素敵でした。 6名での旅行で食事会場もひとつで用意していただき、また 誕生日の仲間にサプライズケーキを持ち込みで用意したのですが、そちらの対応も快くしてくださり、さらに旅館からもプレゼントを頂きとても感動しました。 お陰で良い旅行になりました、全員が大満足です！ありがとうございました😊

8.0駐車場を聞いて、もう一度回って戻ってきたら訪ねた旅館の人がわざわざ駐車場で待っててくださいました。 受付する前からとても気持ちよかったです。
