− Olor a cigarrillo en recepción y piezas. Toallas manchadas. Cubrecama quemados con cigarrillo. Alfombras manchadas. Aire acondicionado roto. Nos retiramos y estamos gestionando reintegro.

10.0私は以前はこちらを知る前は大手チェーン展開する有名ビジネスホテルなどに出張の際泊まっていました。 しかし、料金が高い点、その割には便器に前の人の便が付着して居たり髪の毛がバスルームに平気で落ちていたりするのでした。また、領収書をお願いすると嫌な顔をされたり作成できないなどと言われたことがあります。外国人の掃除人を雇って成り立っているからしょうがないと知人から言われましたが私も地方のホテルで若い時にボーイをして居り、昔では考えられません。地方でさえそうなのですから都会ではありえない事です。それが平然と起こって居り本当に日本なのかと疑いたくなる現状でこちらのホテルシェーナさんはきちんと掃除も行き渡り静かで清潔で応対も非常によく料金も一方通行では無くきちんと考えられて設定されてると思います・フロントの受付の方もきちんとして安心して泊まれるからです。
