A comfortable stay in a convenient location
8.0This property is about a 10 minute walk from Hastings street, and close to the river. It has a pool and spa and alot of swimming/beach stuff is available for use. It was clean and tidy and equipped with everything you need. It is perhaps a little tired and worn but still comfortable and perfectly functional. We also had free undercover parking.
− Our apartment was upstairs with no lift which was fine for us but worth mentioning if stairs are an issue.
Our stay was pleasant, staff friendly but units need a little TLC.
6.0Location was good. Communication was excellent and the offer of early check in was appreciated.
− Everything was okay but needed general maintenance eg plates provided to eat your meals on were badly marked and needed to be replaced. We bought paper plates to use instead. Room was stuffy and stale smelling on arrival and air fresheners provided empty.

9.0The property was in a great location with a 10 minute walk into town and to the beach. It was a spacious apartment with lots of room for a family of 5. The owner was very helpful and communication was great.
− Only downside was that we were on the second level so had to lift heavy suitcases up the stairs so could be difficult for those less able.
