less than what I expected
6.0Hotel is in good location downtown. Valet parking $59 is the only option but it took along time to retrieve the car especially on weekends. Sofabed is in bad shape. Housekeeper forgot to provide toilet paper but front desk brought it right away when I called. Breakfast is standard but good enough. Wi-fi was down for a day. Employees are friendly and responsive.

10.0I had a great experience at the Hyatt Place Downtown. The staff was great! I was within walking distance to the conference. The hotel was very clean and in great order. I will stay here again.

10.0This property was in an excellent location, rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly and offered complimentary breakfast. Will stay here again!!
− Valet parking was expensive but most downtown locations won’t have complimentary parking.
