1.0− Bij aankomst bleek het Hotel te zijn gesloten vanwege renovatie. Ze hadden ons niets daarover gemeld We stonden s avonds met 12 mensen voor het hotel zonder onderkomen Bij ons was er natuurlijk paniek We kunnen helemaal geen beoordeling geven omdat we geen verblijf daar hebben gehad. Vreselijke ervaring

8.0Staff were so nice! Breakfast was tasty. It's close to main kuta (15min walk). Convenience store right across the road. Bed was comfy
− Our door wouldn't close properly (when leaving the room). And was sticking when opening (from outside), problem with the handle. Our safe was also locked (they didnt know password) and we were given the emergency key to use. Resturant main menu didn't have a lot of vegetarian options. Was there during rainy season and it rained a lot, but staff were always cheery

4.0La verdad lo único que rescató fue la amabilidad del personal de recepción :) Tuvimos varios problemas y nos ayudaron a cambiarnos de hotel de muy buena forma, entendieron enseguida.
− Nada me gustó. Llegamos por nuestra luna de miel, y la habitación estaba sucia, el baño tenía una gotera, el WC tenía moho o suciedad pegada que lo hacía ver muy poco aseado. Llegamos de noche, por lo que al día siguiente vimos la piscina verde, no estaba funcionado y no estaba publicado. El desayuno tampoco era bueno, tenía muy pocas opciones. Elegí este hotel porque tenía buenas referencias de otros en Brasil, pero este no lo recomiendo para nada. Tampoco está cerca del centro, ni de buen comercio.
