I regretted booking this place with my wife and baby daughter.
4.0What I loved was that there was a nice young guy who, when we told him our assigned room didn't suit our baby—especially since it was a smoking room—tried hard to secure an alternative room and help us despite the late hour. + The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.
− There were a lot of things we didn't like: 1. The parking lot that was said to be available turned out to be a dirt lot that isn't right next to the hotel. You have to wait for an opportunity to get a decent spot that isn't next to the dumpsters. 2. The hotel facilities are outdated, the lighting is dim, and the bathroom has a bathtub instead of a walk-in shower, making it unsuitable for the elderly and young children. Mold covers the corners, and there are some mosquitoes. 3. Even though we switched from a smoking room to a non-smoking room, the blankets still had cigarette burn marks. The towels were also old.
