5.0the location was very good as we were near the Singleton Art Show. The room was quite good with a nice balcony view. The bed was comfortable
− There was no hot water. We then tried to ring to reception and the phone did not work. We were given the option to have a shower at the Gym nearby which I took up. No one told us about the hot water although the reception did tell us a note was supposed to be in the room when we arrived - but there wasn't. It was a shame. Also we would have liked another blanket but there were no extra blankets. We understand that these things happen... but still would have appreciated some compensation as it was freezing and not ideal circumstances. Also the door closer in our room (303) did not work and when it shut it banged shut. You might want to get it adjusted.
Large and comfortable apartments
10.0Had a comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The late night check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and easy to communicate with.

Self-contained serviced apartments - best in the area
8.0I stayed at an accessible 2 bedroom apartment for 5 nights. This is close to the centre of town while being in a quiet area right next to the library. Same feedback as my last visit a few months ago clean, no odours, quiet, spacious. Self-contained with cooking and laundry facilities. Toiletries - full-sizes shampoo conditioner and body wash. Daily service of the room. Breakfast pack each morning as well! Shower is comfortable with great hot water. Bed a little uncomfortable - I could feel the springs in the mattress (I am a very slim person !) and thin pillows. 2 air con services the apartment well. No restaurant on-site but they are just a few minutes by car. There is a gym and swimming pool across the road and offers casual rates. Wifi remains slow but at least no longer drops out. Typical 5 mbps upload and 3 mbps download - expect webpages to take a little while to load. The only thing that puzzles me is why the cost is so much higher than other equivalent Quest at other locations. Very much enjoyed my stay again.
An elegant stay in Singleton
10.0A beautifully laid out room with everything you could possibly need. The private court yard and laundry facilities in the bathroom were great.
− Nothing but others may find it a bit far from the main street for groceries or dining out.
