10.0A great experience and high-quality hospitality! The hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere, spacious, clean and tastefully decorated rooms. The pool area is nice and a good place to relax. The location is excellent. The hotel is close to points of interest but maintains peace and quiet. In addition, the service of the staff was courteous, warm and professional throughout. Highly recommended!

9.0Very comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent. The corner suites are great, so roomy and with a balcony! This was our second time staying at the Mermaid. We'll be staying there again soon.
