− J'arrive au Check-In alors que ma chambre est réservée depuis 3 semaines. On m'annonce que l'hotel est complet. On m'envoie vers un autre établissement "frère", moins récent, moins cher, moins moderne. C'est intolérable !

− Not a hotel problem, but the area on a Saturday night was very loud. I tried my best to drown it out with sleep sounds, but that is the city.
