8.0We loved this hotel, its a walkable area, we stay every year a couple times, and the staff are so nice. This time the hotel seemed a bit "tired" and needing attention - the platform bed loudly creaked, gardens full of weeds, tired overgrown pool deck landscaping, room chair badly stained, setee broken, hallway carpets dirty. The breakfast was terrific provided by the Mermaid cafe next door.
