Small room with peeling wall!
4.0The hotel has nice plants and greenery throughout its compounds which gives a nice and peaceful feeling. However there is not lift to our room which was on the 2nd floor. The room was also small with peeling wall paints. Access to town center is a short 5 min toot toot ride away. We think this is more of a 2 star hotel rather than the 3 it claims to be.

Gem of a property!
10.0Loved our stay here for 2 nights. Upon check-in, the woman at the desk was extremely helpful & accomodating. The grounds are beautiful & everything was spotless. Breakfasts were good but coffee is VERY strong. Wished we could stay longer. Dogs barking in nearby community was quite loud at night. Only downside was we returned from an excursion one night & I had become sick. Dinner was closed but I requested ice so I could add to my water to get hydrated. It was only 10 minutes after 9pm but the man behind the counter wearing glasses refused to get us ice & was completely unconcerned with my condition. Aside from that incident, the rest of our stay was exceptional.

Mixed Experience at a Beautifully Located Hotel
5.0The hotel is undeniably charming, with a gorgeous garden and a prime location right in the city center.
− I booked the ultimate suite hoping for a restful stay after a long trip, but unfortunately, the room's cleanliness fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, I noticed spider webs above the bed and visible dust under the furniture and behind the TV. I reported this to the front desk and shared photos via WhatsApp as requested, but received no follow-up or assistance. On the bright side, the bathtub was a highlight perfect for a relaxing soak. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming. The buffet offered limited hot options, and on my final morning, I arrived ten minutes before closing only to find the doors already shut. Staff kindly offered coffee and scrambled eggs, but the food was lukewarm and clearly from earlier service. Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its location and ambiance, but attention to cleanliness and guest service needs improvement to truly deliver a premium experience.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
