Adorable, però el brunzit del estractor del cuarto veï molesta a la nit i hem va despertar, una pena

La persona que ens va rebre, gracies a ella la meva valoració ha pujat. El berenar esta molt bé. El jardí molt agradable i cuidat. L'habitació molt comoda

− El edifici esta algo cutre (a la anglesa) però això ja t'ho esperes. Res greu, les zones comuns i el cuarto estan força bé. Es tractaria de modernitzar un poc l'entrada i el cuartet de la recepció. La primera impresió se pot millorar. El que si va ser un problema per mi, és un renou generat, crec, per l'estractor d'aire del bany de les habitacions properes, es un brunzit força fort que se sent de manera no constant. A mi me va despertar super prest i me va fer rabia perqué hauria dormit força més i hem feia falta. Aquest fet ha baixat la puntuació

Clean, quaint place to stay in Bath that’s a bit out-of-the-way.

Good bed, nicely furnished and clean room.

− Slightly old fashioned. Poor location. Bit of an awkward check-in with being told that the room wouldn’t be ready until 2.30 even though check-in listed online as being from 2pm. After complaining though, we were swiftly told that the room would be ready within 10 mins.

Misleading booking.com page led to us not using the room

− Room was advertised with air conditioning and didn’t say it was an adult only hotel. I booked it so I could sleep with my newborn in an air conditioned room in a heatwave. When they wouldn’t let me bring my child in, despite not advertising that on booking.com, I tried to let my mum stay there but the room didn’t have air conditioning, despite the fact I had booked a room with air conditioning on booking.com. Very disappointing. We didn’t use the room and would like our money back.

Comfortably quiet apart from a little noise from the main road virtually outside

The room was clean and comfortable The bed excellent as was the breakfast The surrounding garden was a pleasant place to relax and had seating facilities and plenty of shade in this present weather.You need to be fit though to walk the hill back up from the River

− Nothing really to express here except that parking was probably the major issue I appreciate this is a difficult area to park as on road parking is expensive but it was a bit tight.

Fantastic made to feel very welcome. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was top-notch.
