2.0Close to freeway and I was able to get to my destination very quickly.
− No housekeeper cleaned my room. No towels or toiletries and the air felt like it was broken very human in the room. The phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call front desk. No water in the swimming pool. Very unhappy
Don’t book front desk guy is racist and rude!!
2.0Worse experience ever.. the guy at the front desk called the cops on us because we locked the latch and knob while we were inside the room. He said we couldn’t do that because it was the hotel rules. He told the cops he wanted us out in the middle of the night while my kids were sleeping. Also the room was dirty they didn’t even clean it, there was food left inside the refrigerator and room smelled too. He kept yelling at other little kids for being too loud. Also the pool was closed the whole stay there.
