4.0They have a building in construction just beside the hotel and I had to change 3 times room because of the noise because they work 24/24 7/7 . Also there is work in the lobby .all of this It should be mentioned before the reservation . The staff ( especially the girls ) are terrible !

6.0Very conveniently located as it is just a 2 minute walk from the metro station. The room was very clean and spacious. I asked the staff if they could help with booking an excursion but they seemed totally baffled and made no attempt to help which was really disappointing. I also asked some other questions about restaurants I could visit nearby but they didn’t seem interested in helping me. They also barely smiled whilst speaking with them. Overall the hotel was nice but the staff really need some customer service training.
