צוות אדיב ונחמד, מתקן מעולה הייתי שמח לאוכל אחר לגמרי. זה מה שביאס מאד
7.0המתקנים מעולים, האונסן בחדר, חדרים ענקיים, נקי, שקט, צוות מאד אדיב שעזר לי עם בעיה שהייתה לי בהזמנה ואף זיכה אותי למרות שזאת הייתה טעות שלי. בנוסף יש בר, אונסנים פרטיים לפי שעה עם נוף להרים להזמנה (רק רישום, זה בחינם) למי שאין בחדר, בנוסף אונסנים פתוחים, בנוסף סאונה על אבנים חמות כנ״ל אותו סגנון. רוב הצוות גם יודע אנגלית. יש בית קפה מול הכניסה למלון, ו150 מטר מתחנת רכבת גורה. מהחדר היה נוף אדיר להרים.
− הזמנתי 2 ארוחות בוקר וערב הערב הייתה לא טובה, היא בסגנון 8 מנות, היא מתאימה לסגנון מאד ספציפי של אנשים- לדוגמא אורז עם מלא סרדינים קטנים כולל הראש וכל מיני סוגים של דברים מסורתיים יפנים, לא אוכל מערבי / יפני מודרני הקינוח היה טוב. הארוחת בוקר גם לא טובה - לא קשורה לבוקר - סלמון, אורז, ראמן עם בקר על הבוקר-זאת לא ארוחת בוקר לאכול ב8:45, זאת ארוחת צהריים. בנוסף הייתי שמח אם אפשר לבחור ארוחה בין שעות מסוימות ולא כמו פה שיש 2 אופציות - או 7:45 או 8:45 (בוקר) או 17:45 או 19:45 בערב בארוחת בוקר לא נגעתי בערב 6 מנות החזרתי אליהם. בנוסף הייתי בקומה 4, כל 10 דק יש רעש של שואב אבק, בלילה זה הפריע ממש עד שנרדמתי, זה היה בלתי נסבל. מקווה שזה היה חד פעמי.

10.0Hotel is beautiful, lovely to have to foot bath bar offering a free drink and to be able to book the private onsen too. Our room had a balcony bath which was an added bonus. Overall staff were very helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Brilliant location right by Gora station. Restaurants around close early though so be ready to eat early!
