− Supplied tea,coffee, sugar and a kettle, even a microwave, all of little use with no cups, glasses, plates or cutlery.

− There was a very strong cat urine smell inside the building in the hallway/foyer area.
Totally unacceptable
1.0Nothing accept the location was next to Aldis supermarket.
− Our room was generally very outdated and unclean. Sofas had stains along with carpets. Bathroom grout was filthy. The balcony was totally unkept with broken furniture.
