− TV was not working, AC was not working properly. Things were not maintained well

5.0The hotel is located well - close to nice cafes and artistic places. Staff was pleasent, check in and check out was quick and they helped me with my baggage. It is also quiet at night, so you can have a good rest.
− The room definitely needs some renovations including facilities in the shower. There was also bad smell of cigarettes.
