7.0Very good location . Staff are very friendly. The only thing is the property is a bit old some minor upgrades can make this property beautiful to stay. Specifically the bathroom needs a upgrade badly. But the location and other facilities are good

8.0The breakfast was nice. The main pool was excellent. The gym was good. Comfy beds. The cleaners were excellent.
We wouldn’t come back unless it was renovated. But staff were lovely and it was great value for a family of 4. My kids l
6.0The location was great and right on the beach walking distance to Seminyak and Canguu . The only bad thing was the loud music from the club next door. It did finish at midnight thankfully .
− The whole place is old and run down. It needs a good renovation. The gym was good and so was the spa. But not 5 star at all.

− Breakfast was terrible. Management of breakfast not well Done. Egg station was managed badly A towel was damaged in my room, which I don’t accept. The staff sent me a message 3 days after they took the towel saying we would have to pay for it. Not timely, not proven. This accusation was ridiculous

Thank you for choosing us as your home far away from home We are taking this opportunity to inform you that we will have a New Development of our Vue beach Club Entrance at the north side of 1st floor Zone B and C (garden view) starting on October 26th, 2022 to December 15th 2022 We will certainly be at our best to maintain the construction disruption at the minimum, hence we would like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause you during your stay with us We appreciate for your patience and understanding during this time of progress.
