Positives Cleanliness, fresh towels every day, bedding changed regularly Staff very helpful and couldn't do enough for you Good location Beach pleasant , plenty sunbeds during the day Negatives Food left a lot to be desired, not a great variety and not very warm. Room needed upgraded including bathroom, Could do with more plugpoints Base on bed marked and old looking, single bed had no headboard. Balcony tiles old and worn Stairs up to room damaged . No help on departure for carrying cases down uneven steps, No hairdryer in shower room on departure For a 4 star hotel it could have been better.

A beautiful short experience. Everyone from the staff was so nice from the reception desk ladies to the restaurant staff to the cleaning ladies. Open hearted people that made the overall stay even better. The room was clean and the food from the restaurants was great! Also the visit to the spa was an unforgettable experience. Maria and Pepi were so friendly and helpful and Eirini the therapist was just amazing and skilled! The Spa as a whole was clean and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce club de vacances ! 🌞 Le personnel (accueil, personnel de ménage, maintenance, service aux restaurations, maître nageur, animateurs) est vraiment top : bienveillant, disponible et toujours agréable, ce qui rend l’ambiance très chaleureuse. L’emplacement est idéal, la propreté irréprochable et côté restauration, chacun trouve facilement son bonheur avec un large choix de plats, ça reste un buffet en libre accès pension complète donc ne pas s’attendre non plus à des mets d’exceptions, petit bémol sur les boissons qui n’étaient vraiment pas à notre goût, mais « Mention spéciale » pour la soirée au restaurant avec réservation, vraiment réussie, les plats et le service sont impeccable! 🎉 Seul petit point à améliorer : un rafraîchissement des logements serait le bienvenu, surtout au niveau des salles de bain. Mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Our Most Beautiful Vacation in Many Years

I didn’t expect much from this vacation since I hadn’t been to the sea for a long time. It was supposed to be a proper rest after a tough year. Luckily for me, we hit the jackpot and experienced a holiday I will remember for many years to come. I have to mention the staff — everyone was kind, from the housekeeping and reception to the kitchen and baristas. The location was great, everything close by. The sea, the waves. Beautiful. Above all, I must thank the animators for their amazing work. They managed to get even people involved who usually wouldn’t participate. It’s clear they do their job well. Special thanks go to Matt and Wiki. It’s obvious they do their work with love and truly enjoy and are fulfilled by it. Thanks mainly to them, we were able to join the activities and enjoy a dream vacation. We also want to thank the rest of the team — Alex, the Belgian charmer with the best ponytail, and of course, we can’t forget Mr. JC. Plus two other lovely smiling ladies and the DJ. I would love to come back here again someday. Unfortunately, we don’t have any photos with the animators :( We didn’t spend much time on our phones during the holiday, which is probably a good thing! So at least we’re sharing some photos of this beautiful place — from stunning beach sunsets to the gorgeous pool with mountain views. May your hotel continue to thrive.
