8.0Staff, especially restaurant staff were very friendly, accommodating and receptive to our needs. Breakfast was good, variety of options.Food was great at the Earl's Secret Restaurant, although a bit pricey.
− Hotel situated a small distance from the CBD. Have to use taxi service to reach the CBD.

9.0Magnifique établissement au sommet d'une montagne. Une magnifique maison anglaise avec un restaurant et un petit bar a whisky au top.
− Il est compliqué de trouver l'équilibre eau chaude et eau froide dans l'immense douche. Mais c'est une amélioration facile à faire.

10.0Things couldn't be better, the only issue would be coming with your own car or arranging a taxi before hand.
− The only thing I would suggest is to add more sockets in the room.
