10.0The room was very clean and tidy with a comfortable smell. We were warmly welcomed by an old lady who was extremely sweet and helpful toward us. Bed was comfortable and the shared bed room were also clean. The place is about 15 mins walk from colosseum and there are plenty of bus stops and a close metro station nearby.

9.0Fantastic location! Metro access right outside. Quiet apt courtyard. Food all around. A very good and very affordable gelato place just South. The Basilica of Mary Major up the street. Definitely get a metro day(s) pass and ride it all around Rome. Room gets cleaned daily and towels changed. Knowing some Italian will help you with onboarding and a few rules the homeowner lays out. Turn off all lights and fans when leaving and lock the doors twice for her security.

− No air conditioner in summer is quite a bit unbearable. Not allowed to wash things is quite a bit inconvenient. It offer cleaning service everyday but we are not used to it.
