10.0Incredibly polite staff, excellent service. The baths were well stocked and clean. The Kaiseki dinner was truly excellent and the wait staff gave us lots of information on what we were eating. Our tatami room was spacious with an amazing view.
− The bathroom in our room was a bit old. But it was still very functional and clean, so not an issue

10.0The room was spacious, super clean, and an amazing view. The in room Onsen was fantastic.
− The breakfast ended at 9:30, with last order at 9:00. This too early, especially when there are no other food options in the immediate area.
