Okay but could have been better
4.0When we arrived the staff was not very friendly and helpful. Parking was difficult due to codes and the parking being away from the hotel. We had to ask for help from the hotel staff which we got, to get into the parking and out again. One couldn't open a window in our bedroom at all and there was an aircon which blew right onto the bed. So we were either hot and stuffy or in a cold draft. it was clean and quiet.

10.0Location was right in the middle of things which is exactly what we wanted - great private parking which was super easy to access (extra charge but super convenient & reasonably priced seeing as we were right in the centre of Lille) ... breakfast was good but area was small, got busy and was a bit cramped ... room was spacious, clean & comfortable ... staff were friendly & helpful - we enjoyed our stay!

8.0Great location in Lille. Air con did not work in one of our rooms. Key cards never worked. Had to get keys redone every time you need to get into the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
