7.0Very good breakfast spread and helpful staff.
− The room looked very worn down; wash basin stainless steel tap was badly stained; toilet seat had stained which I cleaned myself after scrubbing with a lot of strength; mattress was too soft, as if old.

− Water of swimming pool was not clear & coordinatiin between reception staff, as i paid extra for my elder kid, even though we waited for her extra bed till 11:30 pm
