− Everything ..Vooking double booked the room so I had no where to stay
Needed quick accommodations for one night. Was mediocre.
6.0Location and price
− Room was a little run down. Carpet was frayed in entry way of room. Couch was stained. Tiny bottles of shampoo were half gone and dispensers in shower were empty.

1.0− When we got there to check in we were told booking.com over booked the hotel and there was not a room for us. All other hotels around that area were also sold out. This happened to atleast three other people checking in while we were in the lobby trying to figure out what we were going to do. We road with another couple who did have a room available for them...so we had no vehicle to drive the three hours home or a hotel room to sleep in. This turned a fun weekend getaway into a stressful situation. I called your customer service to make sure the room was canceled and we were not charged for it. I will be keeping an eye on my credit card statement because after this I have no trust in your company.
It was a great time and experience and will definitely be coming back again
9.0Red River Inn was great since it’s so close to the Win Star.
− Shuttle, is in the hotel across and won’t pick you up at the Red River Inn which is a couple minutes walk.
