8.0On arrival we waited at reception for twenty minutes before staff came in, even after calling a mobile number to say we waiting at reception.. The motel was nice and convenient.

4.0I wasn't very happy, no one to great you, I had prebooked and paid, my last stop over, the room I stayed in, Shower door was broken couldn't even close it, again no one to great you. no customer service, would not stay here again.
