Old School Style
7.0I enjoyed the property location and how close it was to walk to a lot of things I wanted to see. Instructions were provided in a timely manner for check-in. The bathroom had a lot of room.
− It is an older hotel with some indications of its age and use. There was only 1 chair to sit in and two quasi chairs under the table that had no back. It made it difficult for someone with swelling leg issues to be able to sit and relax. If I lay down on my bed, I want that to be because I'm tired and not because there isn't another chair I can sit in. And to top it off, my shower was interspersed with cold water. I dont know if the place has water pressure issues from being so old or jut that it likes to go cold when someone takes a shower. That happened to me and my wife about a dozen times. That wasn't good getting the cold shock.

− There was no smoke detector in my room. The spot on the ceiling where it goes did not have the device. Walls are thin, could hear others next to me.
This site is easily accessible for public transportation, groceries, food sources, etc.
10.0My flight was delayed, but accommodations were made so I was able to access room and complete check-in procedures while office was closed. Steps were taken by staff to ensure a comfortable temperature in the room upon my arrival.
− I cannot pinpoint any aspect I didn't like. Since finding Patriot's a few years ago, (I attend many ceremonies at Camp Pendleton) I always go back to Patriot's.
