El sector donde se encuentra el hotel es muy agradable y tranquilo

− Que las habitaciones no sean climatizada también nos ubicaron en una habitación qué se escuchaba mucho ruido ya que tenian un lugar donde arman mesas creo para desayuno y desde temprano se escuchaba el ruido ya que las habitaciones no son anti ruidos

Lage, saubere Zimmer, super nach einem langen Flug in ein modernes Hotel zu kommen. Gleich neben dem Parcque Carolina, safe, nette Restaurants in der Naehe, kl. Supermarkets.

− Ich habe das Angebot, ein Flughafen Shuttle zum Hotel zu nehmen gebucht. Leider hat das Hotel nicht auf die Nachrichten reagiert. 3 Tage keine Antwort. Erst nachdem ich bei der Hotelkette interveniert habe, gab es eine Reaktion. Kunden- und Serviceorientieung haben Verbesserungspotenzial.

Hotel Finlandia has an awesome location! It is located a block away from Carolina park and about 2-3 blocks from a mall and a subway stop, and is even closer to a bus stop. It is a very safe area! The room was big enough and bathroom was good sized. I had plenty of space. I liked that in order to go to your room, you have to use your key card in the elevator and it takes you to the correct floor. I also liked that they have a security guard out front. The buffet breakfast had a good amount of options (cereal, yogurt, granola, cut fruit, rotating hot options like eggs, potatoes; breads) as well as cofffee, hot cocoa/tea and juices.

− The bed was firmer than I am used to. The staff was not exactly friendly (they seemed to have an attitude. I wasn’t a fan). They were strict about checking in at 2 pm. While I understand that completely, the staff member was borderline rude to me when I approached the desk to say I had a reservation (I was about 20 min early). The staff member didn’t offer to hold my luggage or anything. They just told me to come back at 2. When checking out (early checkout) it seemed the same. The staff member was not happy (maybe they were there all night?). They did give me a to-go breakfast (I asked for that the night before), but the quality was not that good and I ended up only eating some of it (a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise).
