1.0They were rude.
− The woman was very rude and she charged an extra 10 dollars cash for my fiance even though I booked the room for 2 adults. They price on booking.com was 63.25 but in the end it was 73. 25 because she over charged because of my fiance. I even showed her that I booked the room for 2 adults but she wouldn't listen. Very rude. Her husband was very nice and he was very helpful.
