9.0O hotel tem uma excelente estrutura, o restaurante com preço bom pra o que se oferece. Comida excelente e com variedade. Localização ao lado do parque, o que é maravilhoso. Se você pretende ficar no hotel e passar o dia em parques aquáticos, sugiro pegar o pacote de café da manhã e jantar. Vale super a pena.
− Achei bem barulhento. Por sorte fiquei na torre 1, que é mais afastada da piscina. Mas por ter recreação até às 22h, tem muito som alto, com o pessoal gritando ao microfone até tarde. Então caso você tenha criança pequena que dorme cedo (que foi o meu caso) ou queira simplesmente um sossego, peça pra ficar o mais distante possível da piscina ou não consegue dormir. A fila do check-in é muito demorada. Fiquei quase 1h esperando na fila. Mesmo fazendo o check-in pelo app pra adiantar, ainda sim é um processo muito demorado e burocrático. A piscina infantil é absurdamente gelada, o que me fez desistir de ficar lá. Considerando que é um hotel na proposta das águas quentes, achei que daria pra ir em qualquer época do ano, inclusive no inverno, mas não dá. A outra piscina (a mais funda) é um pouco aquecida, mas ainda assim achei fria a temperatura da água.

− O hotel está uma decadência. Tinha ido há anos atrás e era lindo. Agora está horrível. Limpeza péssima, nojo de tomar banho naquele banheiro. Piso do quarto imundo. Ar condicionado barulhento. Conversei com vários hóspedes e todos compartilham da mesma opinião.
