− No hay nada para cuestionar. Solo podria decir que hay lavavajillas y lavarropas y podrían dejar para estancias cortas productos para u uso, pero lo digo como sugerencia, nada mas.

1.0− Terrible experiencia. No volveremos. Me he hospedado en este hotel al menos tres veces y nunca había tenido problemas. No es un alojamiento de cinco estrellas, pero eso no exime de ofrecer unas condiciones mínimas de confort. Lo que ocurrió esta vez es simplemente inaceptable. Reservamos una habitación para tres personas y, al entrar, nos dimos cuenta de que el aire acondicionado prácticamente no funcionaba. Llegamos alrededor de las 12:00 y, para las 14:00, la habitación era un auténtico horno. Veníamos de un viaje largo y queríamos descansar, pero era imposible. El calor era tan insoportable que mi esposo prefirió salir al pasillo porque allí hacía más fresco que dentro de la habitación. Esperamos varias horas pensando que el aire tardaría en enfriar, pero a las 18:00 seguíamos igual. Hablé con recepción; el recepcionista fue amable, pero la atención no sirvió de absolutamente nada. Su única "solución" fue volver a configurar el aire exactamente como ya estaba y decirnos que esperáramos porque "a veces tardan en enfriar". No revisaron el equipo, no ofrecieron una alternativa real y no asumieron ninguna responsabilidad. Pregunté si podían cambiarnos de habitación y la respuesta fue que solo había habitaciones superiores o apartamentos, pero pagando nosotros la diferencia, cercana a los 180 €. Es inadmisible que, cuando el problema lo genera el propio hotel por entregar una habitación con un aire acondicionado defectuoso, la única solución sea pedirle al cliente que pague más dinero. Finalmente pedimos un ventilador porque ya eran las 19:00 y solo íbamos a pasar una noche. El ventilador no solucionó absolutamente nada; únicamente movía el aire caliente por toda la habitación. De hecho, el pasillo estaba más fresco que nuestra habitación, algo que demuestra claramente que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente. A las 5:00 am nos estabamos muriendo. Es una enorme decepción después de haberme alojado aquí varias veces.

9.0Hospedei-me com minhas duas filhas de 13 e 21 anos, me senti segura, a localização é excelente e o sofá-cama muito confortável.
