7.0The staff were friendly, professional and attentive. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and extensive options for every nationality. Location was great, close to the heart of it but far enough removed to feel totally separated when in the confines of the resort.
− There was a service fee for every transaction put on the room bill that wasn't ever made transparent, until the bill on check out. Having the ability to have the bill translated into the guests first language would be great too, given technology these days, I would assume this would be easy to do?

10.0Vakker beliggenhet rett ved elven. En kort rusletur inn til kjernen av gamlebyen, mye å se på veien inn til byen men likevel et roligere område enn midt i sentrum. Fine basseng som det var deilig å slappe av ved. Komfortable rom og vakkert interiør. Godt utvalg til frokost.
− Juicen til frokosten hadde altfor mye sukker i seg, ikke mulig å drikke.
Overall a great resort with great friendly staff, making our visit to Hoi An fantastic
10.0Our breakfast staff host Tien was amazing. She arranged gluten free options each morning, remembered our name and made our stay very personable. Nothing was too much trouble. Location was great as were the rooms.
− The bathtub in our room did not leave much space for two people to move from the bathroom to the bedroom.
